Dr. Gao

has been engaged in the research of manufacturing process control and measurement technology for some years. His contributions have been in the areas of modeling and control of the grinding processes, surface assessment, and automatic inspection.

 

Research interests:

 

Micro fabrication; abrasive technology; nanomachining; in-process optical measurement; precision engineering.
